There is speculation and discussion that fossil fuel divestment, driven 
by either social investing concerns, or market forces,
may drive large investment funds (e.g., pension funds) back into 
investing in tobacco stocks.

Looks to me like a strategy where we increase the quality of the air you breath, but make it harder for you to breath :-( !
