Dear List,

I am working with the Health Communication Unit at University of Toronto on
a paper about network approaches to creating 'buzz' for behaviour change. I
wonder if anyone might have some leads on articles/sources on the following
topics:

1. The use of focus groups comprised of opinion leaders and network ties to
test (1) how opinion leaders discuss messages with their network ties, and,
more importantly, (2) how the ties themselves discuss the messages (to see
if the message is generating the desired discussion)

2. The pre-testing of messages in natural settings by exposing people to
communications in natural viewing settings and encouraging them to discuss
what they've seen/heard

Any relevant leads are most appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Anthony
