ECHO Research <http://www.echokt.ca/> and ARCHE
<https://www.ualberta.ca/pediatrics/pediatric-research/affiliated-research-units/alberta-research-centre-for-health-evidence-arche/index.html>
have released the first of a 5-part video series called “Understanding
Health Research.” The videos are part of a campaign to increase public
awareness and understanding about health research.

The first video titled "Health Research is All Aound You" (with Timothy
Caulfield, host of Netflix’s A User’s Guide to Cheating Death) highlights
how health research has shaped many of our everyday activities, like
handwashing.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, health research and frequent handwashing
are more important than ever. *Please watch and share this video with your
friends and families* – and remember to practice health research by washing
your hands frequently!
