active communities in Atlantic Canada. The ASI is a unique learning
opportunity for those engaged in education, social development, justice,
crime, disease and injury prevention, and health promotion in the Region.
This year’s theme is sure to motivate – Inspiration to Action: Leadership
for Active Communities.

Faites vite! Il ne reste que 1 semaine avant que l’Institut d’été atlantique
commence!

Venez au Holland College à Charlottetown, Î-P-É. et participer à cet
événement excitant trois jours. L’IÉA explorera la façon d'influer sur les
conditions de vie des personnes, afin de promouvoir leur niveau d'activité
et d'engagement dans leur communauté.
L'Institut d’été atlantique est un Institut d’apprentissage incluant un
programme éducatif pour lequel un certificat de participation est offert.
L’Institut vise à établir des liens entre la prévention du crime, le
développement économique et social, et la promotion de la santé et de la
sécurité en réunissant les groupes communautaires, les chercheurs, les
praticiens, les éducateurs, le service de police et les représentants du
gouvernement. Le thème de cette année est « Transformation de l'inspiration
en action : leadership pour les collectivités actives »
Points saillants:
- Conférencière principale Natalie Boivin s’ouvrira l’IÉA mardi le 21 août
- Atelier bilingue préalable d'une journée à l'Institut en Fondements, mardi
le 21 août
- 4 Ateliers-cadres
1) Leadership relatif au genre et leadership communautaire
2) Jeunes femmes et leadership communautaire – Nouveau!
3) Collecte et utilisation de données probantes pour l'élaboration de
programmes et de politiques
4) Promotion de l'action communautaire
- Les « Exposés sur la communauté atlantique » mettront en vedette des
projets innovants du Canada atlantique, mercredi le 22 août
- Programme pour les enfants - Pendant l'événement, un programme à la fois
éducationnel et amusant sera offert gratuitement aux enfants des
participants inscrits.
