The  Neighbour to Neighbour Toolkit is a grassroots resource that
was born in Waterloo Region through a partnership between the United Way of
Kitchener/Waterloo & Area and the Community Safety & Crime Prevention
Council .  The website is www.neighbourtoneighbour.ca

Our Neighbour to Neighbour Toolkit for community capacity building provides
the stories and tips of people who worked with others to create and act on
their visions for improving their community. The kit also provides resource
tools and links to other sites. In order to help make the search easier for
you, we have organized the site into three sections: Neighbour to Neighbour
Tools, Stories and Tips, and Sponsorship & Links. The Tools and Stories
sections are then broken down into three
categories: Individual, Community and Association/Organization. And if you
are looking for something in particular, you can use the handy search
function provided. You are then able to print any story, tip or tool you
find useful and add it to your own
toolkit.
