I'm starting some work on the broad areas of indicators or outcome measures
for health promotion.  I know its a debated area and is filled with lots of
different language and meanings................

I'm keen to find out if you've done or are aware of any work in relation to
health promotion measurement for action at a local level, i.e. from the
practitioners / grass roots perspective.
