I think a lot depends on the key audience(s) that the document is most
trying to target or convince. I would identify this and then work back
to the best title.
'The Solid facts' was effective, in my eyes, because this is very direct
on the strength of evidence using a vocabulary that sceptics /
generalists / unaware could connect with. A key aim being not to convert
the choir but various others without watering down.
So the title may be different dependent on who one is seeking to
convince- certainly something that emphasizes Canada should be there
IMO
