This webinar is part of a series co-developed by the National Collaborating Centre for Determinants of Health (NCCDH) and Health Promotion Canada <https://www.healthpromotioncanada.ca/> (HPC) based on content from the book entitled Promoting the health of older adults: The Canadian experience <https://nccdh.ca/resources/entry/promoting-the-health-of-older-adults-the-canadian-experience> (PHOA).
