I don't know if Joan Robinson, Piero Sraffa, Nicholas Kaldor, Richard 
Kahn, Richard Goodwin, Hyman Minsky, and Joseph Steindl were 
distinguished fellows of the AEA, but they should be included in the 
list, I think.
