I fully agree with Mohammad on the problems in Arrow-Debreu. I was only   
pointing to Gerard's use of HOT to justify the mathematization of economics,   
which is another issue indeed. In any event, I would recommend HOTers to   
read these papers, as they are very interesting and informative...
