The LSE's PhD programme in the Economic History Department accepts students who wish to specialise their programme of course work, and their thesis topic, in the history of economics.
 
At Princeton, the History Department currently has several students whose thesis topics involve significant elements from history of economics (within intellectual history, political history, history of science etc), although there is no graduate course in history of economics in this department.
