Dear Michael and list members,

As I read from the letter you have kindly indicated,
this was obviously a seminar, in which students were required to read
their own papers on some subject, chosen by themselves or suggested by
the organiser.

It is interesting to know that your father read a paper on Boehm-Bawerk;
he belongs to the second generation of the Austrian School of Economics,
a fact that might interest all those scholars interested in the ideas
and history of the School, like me.

Was it the professor himself who had suggested the theme?

If yes, from what reasons?

All the best,

Yukihiro IKEDA
