Dedications_. By Marlene Wagman-Geller. Hardcover. 336 pages. Perigee
Trade, 2008. ISBN: 0399534628. $16.95. Among the fifty chapters in this
book is one on Mark Twain's dedications for _The Adventures of Tom
Sawyer_, _The Prince and the Pauper_, _Personal Recollections of Joan
