Dear Group,

What is the most widely used way of indexing Twain?

- Twain with a cross-reference to Clemens, Twain being the dominant
reference.

- Clemens with a cross-reference to Twain, Clemens being the dominant
reference.

- Or does neither name have dominance over the other.

I am assuming there has to be a cross-reference, that one name can not
be used
without the other being cross-referenced.

Thank you.
