E-Mail and Phoenix services will be interrupted this coming Friday, May 7
between 7:00pm and 10:00pm. During this time, we will be moving the shared
data storage devices (NetApp filers) to the basement machine room in
Steacie. The move will place the filers adjacent to tape libraries in
preparation for improvements to the nightly backups of the E-mail and
Phoenix systems.

We regret the inconvenience. If you encounter any mail related problems
after the outage, please contact Help Services (e-mail [log in to unmask] or
