I am writing to request your help with a study to better understand how institutional supports and stressors mitigate or exacerbate emotional responses to archival work. We are inviting archivists working in Canadian archival institutions to participate in this SSHRC funded study. Data gathered from this survey will be used to build tools and educational materials based on our findings (e.g., protocols, fact sheets) to be used by archival institutions, archivists, and academic institutions in order to prepare for and deal with emotional responses to archival work.
Attached are two revised documents, for your review.
