Greetings and apologies for any cross-postings!  The following book is now
on-line on Family Health International's Web site: Strategies for an
Expanded and Comprehensive Response (ECR): A Handbook for Designing and
Implementing HIV/AIDS Programs.

For ease of use, it has been broken down into separate PDF documents for
each chapter.  Those who want to can also download the full handbook.  To

Here is a brief synopsis of the document:

This eight-chapter book is designed to help nations outside the U.S. rapidly
mobilize appropriate resources to address the HIV/AIDS epidemic in their
countries.  The book discusses specific strategies for preparing an Expanded
and Comprehensive Response (ECR) to meet this need.  It frames the
discussion in the context of the economic, political, social and health
challenges already facing these countries.
