In response to Carolyn Richey's questions about the MO Twain sites, the
Boyhood Home is safe, high and dry.  The flood waters are receding and the
next crest will be several feet below the recent high levels.  I called the
Cave and they are also dry and open for business, as is the Florida
birthplace - which is relatively free from river related threats due to its
situation with dams and flooding controls.
