The Holiday Inn in downtown Elmira has recently made available ten rooms
for Elmira 2009 Conference attendees. (Their NASCAR contract withdrew.)

The Holiday Inn has set a rate of $159 per night per room + 12.0% tax.
The cut-off date for reservations is July 1, 2009. Please use the code
MTS if you decide to reserve a room. Their phone number is
607-734-4211.

Know that Elmira College has committed 200 rooms to Conference
attendees. As many of you know, campus rooms are not air conditioned,
so consider bringing a small fan with you.

As already announced, a few area Bed and Breakfasts have agreed to set
aside rooms for the Conference. They are listed below:

The Lindenwald (10 rooms on hold - if booked by July 5th) $75 per night
includes breakfast (607) 733-8753

The Coachman (4 rooms available) $120 per night (These are efficiency
rooms with fridge and stove.) (607) 733-5526

The Rufus Tanner (2 rooms available) Prices vary from $80 to $100.
(607) 732-0213

Elmira College housing will be available for all who request it.
