Still working on my *Huck Finn* paper...
Can anyone please help
- with a copy of "TS & HF among the Indians" - I will, of course, cover
all expenses.
- with further information about the *old-time Swedish criminal trial* MT
is referring to in a footnote to *TS Detective*

BTW
One of the early German translations of HF is attributed to Ullrich
Johannsen and still in print. Just found out that he did *not* translate
HF. He only translated "Tom Sawyer". His translation was published in a
combined edition, 1913, with a translation of HF by Marie Schloss. By some
mistake her name got "lost" in later editions.
