I lurk in this forum as I have much more to learn than I have to offer as
regards our friend Clemens. But it seems to me that a man who once said,
"When the others drink, I like to help..." wouldn't take much offense at a
stray sentence or two about beer in a forum in his honor. What he might be
offended by is condescending intimidation of the discussion by
self-important stuffed shirts who believe that education can only take
place in a rigid, joyless and sterile environment. Perhaps that is why the
