Hello AAO ListServ,

 

The AAO Executive kindly requests that you, AAO Members and past-members,
take the time to complete the 2012 AAO Membership Survey. This short survey
will provide the AAO with vital information and feedback as we negotiate the
future of the association and strive to improve our membership benefits.

 

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes of your time and your
answers will remain confidential.

AAO Members in good standing, you are eligible for the draw for a
complimentary 2013 AAO conference and banquet registration package if you
complete the survey by June 8, 2012. The draw will take place at the 2012
AGM in Toronto on June 15, 2012. 

 

AAO Members will also be sent a request to complete the survey via the
emails you have provided us as part of your contact information - the survey
is one and the same.
