Come out and join us for the *Archives Association of Ontario,* *Eastern
Chapter Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Tour of the new City of Ottawa
Archives on Thursday 26 May 2011 @ 7pm*

AAO East will hold its AGM on Thursday 26 May 2011 starting at 7pm at the
Central Archives and Ottawa Public Library Materials Centre located at 110
Tallwood Drive (near the corner of Woodroffe and Meadowlands).

There will be a general meeting of the membership and the elections for the
Chapter’s 2011-2012 Executive, as well as a presentation and tour of the new
home of the City of Ottawa Archives before its official opening!  Light
refreshments will be served.  Parking is available at the back of the
building.

Non-members are welcome to attend this event.   As there has been a
considerable interest in this event, please RSVP to AAO East at

Directions:

If you take bus 95 that continues onto Barrhaven, there is a stop at
Tallwood and Woodroofe which is directly in front of the Archives.  If you
take bus 95 that ends at the Baseline station, you will have to walk the
rest of the way.
