Apologies to the list - I forgot to take off the AAO list-serve address but hey ... enjoy the policy! LOL

Hi Darcy,

Here is ours - it was very influenced by the City of Vancouver, City of Toronto and a few others that I cannot remember off-hand as I printed them out and they are in the office while I am at home working today.

If you have any questions please let me know. I also have a Management Directive for acquisitions and am working on a few others.

I would be interested in these polices and or examples as well. If that's ok.

The city of Guelph and the Library are looking to formalize a relationship for the acquisition of municipal records of archival value.

Hello,

I'm in search of examples of municipal archival program policies to reference as we formalize our archival program. If you're willing to share yours or can recommend a good example or two, please let me know.

Thanks and have a great day!
