The annual Fall Chat of HAIG will be hosted this year by Magda Zakanyi of
the Bloorview Macmillan Centre.
Magda will give a tour of the archives and tell us about what she has been
doing to promote  records scheduling within the Center.
At 11:30-12:00 a presentation is scheduled on marketing yourself/your
product
(raising your profile) and approaching corporate bodies for funds. The
presenter is Dr. Mickey Milner Vice-president of Research.
Lunch will be available in the Center's cafeteria.
The business meeting will take place in the afternoon, and various members
will provide updates on recent HAIG initiatives (such as our activities
with the Ontario Hospital Association, our involvement with psychiatric
hospital divestment, etc.).
We will also discuss future directions for HAIG.
