** please excuse my cross-posting with the ARMA Canada list **

I'd appreciate feedback from other Canadian municipalities on the retention
period scheduled for assessment rolls.

I'd also appreciate hearing how you dispose of such rolls (e.g. transfer to
an archives, destroy).  If you transfer them to an archives, is it an
archives operated by your municipality?
