Many of you knew Dr. Paul Steinhauer...he was a major force in the child
development world, and was chief psychiatrist at Sick Kids for many years.  He
helped to start the Sparrow Lake Alliance and Voices for Children, and made a
major contribution to child health policy in Canada through his many writings
and presentations.

Dr. Steinhauer apparently had an operation for throat cancer earlier this month,
and died on Saturday.  His funeral will be at Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel,
2401 Steeles Av W (west of Dufferin) at 1:30 pm on Tuesday May 30.
