Dear colleagues

I am currently writing a paper about health, research and philosophy. I am
looking for good and simple examples of health promoting initiatives or
interventions that were premised on

1. Individualism (i.e. health assumed as being influenced exclusively by
individual / agency factors).
2. Struturalism (i.e health assumed as being influenced exclusively by
structural / social factors).
3. Realism (i.e. health assumed by being influence by both the above)

If you know of any initiatives, please let me know. For contributions
used, you will be acknowledged in the paper.

Please reply to me personally - [log in to unmask] - not the list!

Thanks

Alex
