$1.5 million for this?  http://www.health.gov.on.ca/en/public/programs/healthykids/docs/hkcc_guidelines.pdf  We already have a plethora of healthy lifestyle focused programs across Ontario...

How about investing in better income security so families living in poverty can afford to buy their kids food, a decent pair of running shoes, and a comfortable bed...
