McGraw-Hill published a reprint of the 1948 edition of Samuelson. Part I
is Basic Economic Concept and National Income, Part II, Determination f
National Income and Its Fluctuations, Part III, The Composition and Pricing of
National Output. But no mention of Micro or Macro. Samuelson in the
Foreword notes, "The word 'macroeconomics' had not yet come into the dictionary;
 it was not in this first edition's index!" Oddly, Keynes is mentioned
only  twice in the Index.
