Dear Colleagues and friends:

I have some very sad news. Dave Colander passed away on December 4th. He had moved to Houston to be closer to one of his sons. He went into intensive care for sepsis and multi- organ failure before coming home on hospice the last 2 weeks. What a terrible terrible loss. I can’t say any more for now.
