The History of Economics Society invites nominations for the 2024 Distinguished Fellow Award. Each year the HES bestows the honour of 'Distinguished Fellow' on a scholar who may be so honoured in light of their exemplary contributions to scholarship in the history of economics and/or to their exemplary contributions to the success of the Society.



Anyone is eligible to nominate a candidate for this award. If you would like to nominate someone, please send to Marcel Boumans (committee chair):



  *   a CV of the nominee
  *   a cover letter summarizing the achievements of the candidate
  *   two letters from other scholars who support the nomination
