Can anybody fill in the gaps of my knowledge of places where Twain lived in Europe?
As for the definition of "lived," I'm thinking where he actually rented a house for an extended or indefinite stay (as opposed to simply staying at a hotel for a few days or so).
What I have so far is:
Paris, FranceFlorence, ItalyChelsea, London, EnglandVienna, AustriaA couple of towns in Switzerland - maybe Luzerne and Wurgis?Anywhere in Germany?
