I have had a query from a man with a book, published in Glasgow by the Grand
Colosseum Warehouse Co. in 1895 or before, called, "American Drolleries."
The title page states it is by Mark Twain. The first half contains the
Jumping Frog story. The rest is made up of short pieces, including one by
"Carl Byng." This is all the information I have. Can anyone give me any
further information. I have checked Merle Johnson's bibliography as well as
the BAL and cannot find anything. Any assistance will be appreciated.
Regards,
Marc
