I do not have access to FTP.  Our SMPT gateway receives binary files as
attachments just fine however.  How may I obtain some Twain texts?

I am specifically looking for _A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's
Court_, and "The Jumping Frog of Calaveras County".
