For those of you interested, I've mapped those locations mentioned in 
the Day By Day entries for Mark Twain's visit to England in 1872.  Most 
are annotated by entries from Wikipedia. The map can be enlarged.  I'm 
not particularly happy with my icons but that will need to wait for the 
time being.  Comments and suggestions always welcomed.
