The sources are scattered, but some places to start, herewith:

Welland MT IN ENGLAND. See appendix with print runs for English eds.

Ham Hill. MT & ELISHA BLISS. covers American Pub Co. --this is the best
source for your particular needs (IA and RI)

There is an article on the Harper records but I can't provide the precise
citation off the top of my head.

Also, the individual Berkeley eds have publication histories with info.,
as does LETTERS TO HIS PUBLISHERS.

I do not know of a single place that gathers both print runs and sales
figures for all of his publishers. My own long series of articles in
FIRSTS includes print runs so far as they are known for first American
editions,
but not sales figures or data on reprints.
