Possibly his 'Mark Twain' in Harper's New Monthly Magazine, 92. No 552. May 1896. I take this from Steve Courtney's Twichell Biography. I think you can find it at  https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=njp.32101064076209&view=1up&seq=16

Subject: Twichell's article on the Clemens family?

I read in "Mark Twain's Letters--Volume 4 (1886-1900)" reference to an article by Twichell about the Clemens family (apparently written and published in 1896).
I googled "twichell's harper's story on the clemens family" but did not find it. Is it available anywhere online?
