I've seen the MT Encyclopedia.  It's a very handsome book with very useful
contents.  I'm not sure what it retails for.  I got it for considerably less
than $100, but I got it at a contributor's discount.

It's a very handy reference work.  You probably should examine it, however,
before you buy it for your personal library.
