Hi Scott:
I just looked at the preview text available from Amazon of the 
CreateSpace edition of Autobiography Volume 2

http://www.amazon.com/dp/1477475532/

and it appears to be reprint of volume 2 of Albert Bigelow Paine's 1924 
edition of Mark Twain's Autobiography (Harper and Brothers). The text 
matches it exactly.
