I have attempted a bit of an essay on my title characters.  This is as 
much as I've discovered, so far.  There seem, to be a fair collection of 
correspondence between Twain and Stoker but no text available on-line.  
I'm most curious as to any discussion of Burton's "The City of the Saints".
