Hannibal, not surprisingly, continues to be a popular spot for tourists. For
those Forum members who might be interested, the August 2000 issue of
Midwest Living magazine features Hannibal as one of the destinations for its
"Classic River Town Weekends"--a nice writeup for what they call "America's
most famous, nearly mythical, river town."
