On NPR's "All Things Considered" today (June 4, 1999), the following segment
aired:

"Lost and Found Sound: Mark Twain's Guitar" -- Noah Adams interviews Hank
Risan about an instrument he claims belonged to Mark Twain. We learn about
Twain's time as a vagabond folksinger and his love of music. What makes the
guitar even more valuable is that it is believed to have been made by the
legendary guitar maker C.F. Martin, founder of Martin guitars.  (9 minutes.)
