Ouch! Karlin’s review is stylishly well written, which hurts. As Jack Black’s character in the movie Orange County morosely says in response to an insult: “Harsh!”

Karlin seems to have good knowledge of MT (aside from death order of daughters + wife), but not much liking for him, and so I guess we shouldn’t expect much sympathy from the reviewer for MT scholarship targeted to lunatics like us—I mean, “completists,” which I admit I am. I guess Karlin won’t be joining this Forum? :)

Take care and hope you had a great Hallowe’en,
Taylor
