There's also a letter from Twain to Chatto telling Chatto NOT to publish
Bierce (the letter refers to Bierce under the nickname Dod Grice, if my
memory serves.)  I'm in the process of moving, so I can't lay my hands on
the letter to give the date, but maybe Bob Hirst, or somebody, can help
us out, here.
