The galaxy is collected in Bruce McElderry's *Mark Twain's Contributions
to the Galaxy*, but that is the only place I know of for sure.  Vol. 1 of
Early Tales and Sketches has "A Couple of Sad Experiences on pg. 388,
which includes the "Massacre" and the "Petrified Man."  Hope this helps.
