In addition to both commercial and self-published novels which are spinoffs
of Twain, another consideration might be the spinoff plays -- particularly
those of Bernard Sabath such as _The Boys in Autumn_. Rasmussen discusses
the plays of Bernard Sabath in _Critical Companion to Mark Twain, Vol. II_.
