Well said, Ben. I enthusiastically agree. Thanks, Chad, for continuing the tradition of excellent stewardship that John and Ann established. Ben has some big shoes to fill.

Subject: Thank you to Chad Rohman

Dear Forum Members,

By now many of you have received the latest volume of *The Mark Twain
Annual*. It marks the end of Chad Rohman's five-year tenure as editor.
The state of Mark Twain studies is stronger because of the work that Chad
has brought forth through the *Annual. *Working with Chad over the last
year I have witnessed his intelligence, integrity, and grace--all of which
are present in pages of the *MTA* volumes he has edited. Join me in
thanking him for his work with the annual and his contributions to the
state of Mark Twain studies therein.

THANK YOU, CHAD!

Ben
