If you can get undergraduates to actually read the Wealth of Nations or 
even parts of it, then assign it wherever. Don't worry about 
interpretations or complete understanding. You will never get that. In 
fact, many trained economists on this list could never agree on a 
consistent interpretation of Smith or any of the other classics. And a good 
thing too, for it would put many of us out of work.
