The Society for the Advancement of Socio-Economics (SASE) invites you to
submit a paper or session presentation for its 35th annual conference,
"Socio-Economics in a Transitioning World: Breaking Lines and Alternative
Paradigms for a New World Order", hosted by the Federal University of Rio
de Janeiro, 20-22 July 2023.
The hard deadline for submissions is *Wednesday, 1 February 2023*.

SASE also invites nominations for its 2023 Alice Amsden Book Award for an
outstanding scholarly book that breaks new ground in the study of
socio-economics. Eligible books must have a 2021 or 2022 first edition
publication date and cannot be edited volumes. The deadline for nominations
is *15 February 2023*.
Please note that only current SASE members are invited to nominate a book
for the prize, and authors are welcome to nominate their own work.
